Additional Installer Needed
Custom Décor Installs, LLC, located in Bagdad Florida, is hiring. Area of work each day varies. We cover from Mobile Alabama to Panama City.
I'm looking for additional people to hire as an install technicians for window blinds. The ideal job candidate will be a person seeking long term employement with a goal to become part of a growing company as we expand.
40 hr weeks. Overtime occasional. Direct deposit. Health, Dental, Eye insurance available. Pay increases and bonuses based on performance.
I'm in need of a person that is a quick learner, self-taught, skilled at multitasking, a leader, can work well on their own, strong critical thinking skills, customer service oriented, accountable and very well organized.
Starting pay is negotiable based on how well you meet these requirements. There Is a 90 day probationary period with immidiate pay increase afterwards and health insurrance. Work attire is shorts or jeans, sneakers, and a polo. Must be presentable in appearance. If you show up to work like you just rolled out of bed, you will not be considered for this position. Hours are 7am until 430pm most days Monday through Friday. I'm very flexible with time off. I just ask for 2 weeks notice.
