Hiring an Experienced turn maintenance tech for military housing on NAS Pensacola. References Required. $19.00 an hour to start. Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30. No on call or weekends. Paid vacation and holidays after 1 year. Time and a half for overtime. No health benefits. We supply all equipment. Weekly pay. Direct deposit. Must have 2 years of VERIFIABLE residential or commercial housing experience. Must have your own reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be experienced in the following.
Ceiling fan installation. Electrical outlet installation. Cabinets, doors and storm door installation. Toilet removal and installation. Light removal and installation. Caulking. Blind removal and installation. Appliance installation. General maintenance. No HVAC.
