Redline Engineering LLC is only interested in adding to our excellent staff with recruits possessing a work ethic capable of one year employment with their previous employer. This entry-level position requires no skills and the employee will receive training for accomplishing basic warehouse tasks revolving around the receiving and shipping of small UPS boxes and large LTL freight. This position is offered at a higher pay-rate than any other unskilled labor position in Pensacola. As such, candidate must arrive on-time to work, work 40 hours per week without excuses for missing work, and stay busy at all times. Applicant must be capable of easily lifting 75 lbs and working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse. Our team is highly motivated, well paid, hard working, and we intend to keep it that way. If you fit this profile and have zero interest in picking-up-the-slack for coworkers who don’t pull-their-own-weight, this is the job for you. We do not offer health benefits at this time, but we do offer paid holidays after 90 days and a week of vacation after 1 year. Forklift certified applicants will receive priority.
