We are a well-established rapidly expanding business with 20 years of construction experience in the Greater Pensacola area. We are a subcontractor for residential and commercial builders. Our focus is on concrete construction and we specialize in ICF, LiteDeck and CIP.
The demand for ICF continues to grow in Florida and we are hoping you can help us keep up with the demand. We have plenty of work.
We are seeking responsible, dependable and experienced construction professionals. We value work ethic, loyalty, personality and team players. All employees are required to have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license. If you have a CDL, even better.
We are seeking experienced framers, concrete workers, roofers, etc. to join our team. ICF experience is highly valued but is not required. We will train the right person.
Important for you to know:
All work is in Escambia County and Santa Rosa County.
Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
Standard 40 hour week working outside on the job site. We meet at the job site daily.
You must provide their own basic hand tools such as a tool belt, safety glasses, gloves, measuring tape, speed square, cat claw, framing hammer and gloves. Power tools and other equipment are supplied by us.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
