To see what kind of worker you are we start off with project work to be completed with an hourly wage. At the moment there is a project that has an immediate start date for hourly work until completion. That project includes: Light tool work; (tools provided), Lifting 50 lbs, moving 2 bedrooms of furniture to storage unit, yard work; (mowing, stacking bricks and large branch collection and removal). Project expected completion date 15 - 30 days.
After the project work is completed. Regular Duties include:
Odd jobs & light outdoor maintenance
Weeding and general yard work
Watering potted plants and veggie garden
Light gardening & seasonal help (leaf cleanup, shoveling walkway in winter)
Pool maintenance (basic)
Potentially lawn mowing (we would provide ride-on mower)
This is a year-round role with consistent hours and varied tasks. Ideal for someone dependable who takes pride in outdoor work.
