Drive by Properties - Take Pictures & Video, Get Paid! Yes, It’s That Easy!
I’m Matt Merdian, a Real Estate Broker with Merdian Realty and owner of Tax Deed Pro, and I’m looking for drivers to help research properties. Your job? Drive by our properties, snap 3 pictures, and record a quick 15-30 second video. That’s it! Earn $180-250 per day with this super simple gig!
Requirements:
-Must have a reliable car.
-Must have a smartphone with data to upload photos/videos.
-Must be able to drive multiple hours in one day
-Must be able to speak English in the video
This isn’t a full-time job—just a few days of work per month as needed. We plan the routes for you! All you do is drive to each property, take 3 photos (front and sides), and a short video of the neighboring houses or anything unusual on the property. Don’t worry—we’ll train you! If hired, you’ll be driving to properties in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties. You are not required to live in any of those counties but those counties and the ones that will be driven.
