Job: Dispatchers
Pay: $15
Start Date(s): 8/13 and ongoing
Dispatcher II responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Utilizing GPS, Google Maps, and multiple mobile applications simultaneously
Market Lead Oversees Dispatcher I
Driver Onboarding
Fail Verification
Initiate Driver Discipline
ZenDesk Ticket Assignment
Client Channel Communication
Dispatcher I tasks when needed
This position dispatches drivers to assure that all pickups and drops happen in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
Answer incoming customer inquiries by phone and email
Provide the best support experience to our customers and clients
Under direction of Dispatch Team Lead coordinate with our client’s customer service teams on resolving escalated customer issues
Collaborate with our Driver Leads and Account Representatives to ensure we are upholding our standards of delivery excellence
Monitor and review routes and interact with drivers as necessary to meet and exceed client expectations

Customer Support
Working independently or as a team to interface with customers, managers, and other employees to solve problems and provide excellent customer service
Sitting or standing for the duration of the shift
Some aspects of this job may be physically demanding- you may be expected to be on your feet to interact with customers
You could be working in an office, warehouse, or field environment
There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, we recommend going in business casual for your first day until you have had a chance to establish the company preference with your supervisor
