We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our street team and promote Whiskey Joe's Pensacola Beach within our local community. As a street team member, you will play a crucial role in increasing awareness of our restaurant and driving traffic through creative engagement strategies.
Pay: $11 / hour plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
Promotion and Engagement: Engage with community members in high-traffic areas, events, on the beach, and local gatherings to promote Whiskey Joe's. Initiate conversations, distribute promotional materials, and share information about our menu offerings and special promotions.
Bounce Back Card Distribution: Distribute bounce back cards to potential customers, enticing them with special offers to visit our restaurant. Clearly communicate the benefits of these cards and encourage individuals to redeem them.
Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for Whiskey Joe's, embodying our values and mission. Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor while interacting with the public, leaving a lasting impression of our restaurant.
Feedback Collection: Actively listen to community members' feedback and inquiries regarding our restaurant. Relay this valuable information to the management team to continually improve our offerings and guest experience.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing and energetic personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
Passion for food and hospitality
Prior experience in promotions or customer service is a plus but not required
