TEKsystems is currently hiring Business Support Specialists to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!Job Description:To receive escalated, moderately complex and/or urgent inquires related to member accounts, general ledger accounts or other systems, polices and procedures. To research and respond to branch and member impacting escalated situations, moderately complex account errors and system issues under supervision. To assist with comprehensive testing and implementation of enhancements to existing software and of new systems.Responsibilities: To research and respond to branch and member impacting escalated situations, moderately complex account errors, and system issues under supervision To assist with comprehensive testing and implementation of enhancements to existing software, and of new systems Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans Ensure software/systems meet regulatory and procedural requirements Develop and recommend enhancements to improve operational processes and procedures Identify and detect errors/omissions; resolve or arrange for the resolutionDay 2 Day: Work out of ticket log to solve cases/incidents Build user accounts and audit Follow up on missing files and 3rd party vendors (comfortable being on the phone) Board loans from origination to servicing Talking through user errors Testing validationSchedule:Monday - FridayHybrid schedule with 2 days onsite and 3 days remoteIf interested, please apply here with your updated resume!Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
