Job: Customer Service Reps
Pay: $15
Start Date(s): 6/ 16 and ongoing
All associates will be required to phone screen with a Bluecrew Recruiter prior to working at this site.
Candidates must be able to:
Displaying and maintaining a courteous and empathetic attitude towards all customers and stakeholders.
Answering incoming calls from customers regarding their orders in a professional manner.
Responding to customer inquiries and requests via all communication channels: telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion.
Escalating inquiries and requests, as necessary, to the appropriate department or individual to ensure all concerns are efficiently addressed and resolved.
Collaborating with drivers, driver leads, coordinators, team leads, dispatch, call center managers, and account representatives to ensure the delivery standards are achieved with excellence.
Initiating outbound correspondence or calls to provide follow-up information to customers, drivers, and other stakeholders.
Actively participating in process improvement projects and supporting other team members and departments as assigned.
The job includes, but is not limited to:
Working independently or as a team to interface with customers, managers, and other employees to solve problems and provide
excellent customer service
Sitting or standing for the duration of the shift
Some aspects of this job may be physically demanding- you may be expected to be on your feet to interact with customers
You could be working in an office, warehouse, or field environment
There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, we recommend going in business casual for your first day until you have had a chance to establish the company preference with your supervisor
