Job Description

Responsible for the consumer life cycle including acquisition of residents utilizing defined sales process, providing excellent customer service, and retention of residents. May assist in onboarding/training new team members. May assist with Community Manager duties including renewal negotiations, resident issues, escalated price negotiations, demand letters, evictions, documentations for files, audits, etc. Assumes management responsibilities in absence of the Community Manager. May travel to other communities as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of related experience, preferably in a sales or leasing environment
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability using sales process to achieve individual and team goals. Proficiency in computer systems and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and capacity to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Understanding of Fair Housing a plus.

Additional Information

  • Expected pay rate of

    $18.00- $21.00.You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
