Based in the Pembroke Park, Florida area, this is a long-term contract / temporary to hire Billing Clerk opportunity. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing bills and compiling data into spreadsheets and accounting software. Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence
Institute financial procedures and controls
Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered Requirements - 1+ years of experience in a related role
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Strong familiarity with High-Volume Data Entry
Adeptness in billing
Expertise in numeric data entry
Microsoft Excel experience highly preferred
General familiarity with Monthly Billing
Billing experience highly desired
Demonstrated knowledge of Billing Functions
Perform Data Entry experience
Practical knowledge of Resolute Hospital Billing
Comprehensive knowledge of data entry
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
