Benchmark Management is accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Technician at our Panama City apartment community.
Our Maintenance Technicians maintain the entire community in safe, attractive, comfortable condition and assist with all projects and phases of on-site maintenance operations.
The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances.
