Duties
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure to ensure optimal operation.
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and facility maintenance manuals to accurately diagnose issues.
Lead or assist with facilities maintenance projects including residential painting or upgrades to improve workspace safety and aesthetics.
Supervise or collaborate with team members on maintenance tasks while ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently.
Support manufacturing operations by minimizing equipment downtime through quick diagnosis and effective repairs.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members across departments regarding maintenance status or issues.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in troubleshooting industrial machinery and systems.
Electrical experience including wiring, circuit testing, motor controls is helpful.
Proficiency in operating diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing.
Ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and facility manuals accurately.
Experience in facilities maintenance including plumbing, residential painting, and general building upkeep.
Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork coordination.
