What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
Manage all aspects of assigned property portfolio: Maintenance, Housekeeping, Guest Satisfaction and Owner Relations.
Schedule housekeeping and inspect units post cleaning to ensure they are guest ready.
Schedule vendors execute maintenance on an as needed basis to maintain quality standards.
Inspect after vendor work to ensure work has been completed satisfactorily.
Input all vendor invoices into the back-office administrative system to ensure proper billing and cost control.
Approve vendor invoices and email invoices to then be sent to General Manager and Operations Manager.
Maintain a positive, productive, and professional relationship with all team members, guests, property owners, and vendors. Dedicated to world-class service.
Ensure guests have all important check-in/out information and maintain an open line of communication with them for the duration of their stay.
Available for on-call, after hours support for guests to respond to emergency situations.
Assist owners in maximizing their revenues by suggesting unit upgrades/amenities that may increase bookings.
Source and build relationships with prospective property owner clients to expand business opportunities.
Work well independently and as a team member.
Ability to work in a seasonal business that includes fast-paced seasonality.
Assume other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
Proven work experience as property manager, minimum 3 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competency in all Microsoft Office 365 components and similar Google Drive products.
Customer focused, dedicated to delivering a high level of service to our guests and property owner clients.
Well organized with excellent time management skills. Attention to detail with a continuous improvement application to all duties.
Reliable Transportation. This job requires significant amounts of travel between condo units in order to maintain/inspect them daily.
As the property manager spends most of their day moving between units, a mobile phone is a necessary part of the workday.
Flexible hours. The typical workday is 8am to 5pm, but during peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) we will have a higher tempo and be required to work longer hours. Weekends are a must, as that is when our rental guests are arriving and departing.
