Position: Receptionist
Location: Panama City Beach, FL
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
Providing outstanding customer service
Managing the company email inbox and responding to inquiries promptly
Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into the CRM system
Assisting with general administrative duties as needed
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Showroom
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
