Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
-Filing
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
-Be able to multitask
-Respond to client's inquiries in a professional manner
-Good verbal/written communication skills
-Basic computer skills
-Work well as a team in a team environment
-Update calendars and schedule meetings
-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Must be able to pass background check
