Keep grounds clean and maintained , trash-out vacant apartments, remove old carpet and flooring from vacant apartments, move appliances in and out of apartments as needed,, clean company trucks Assist with picking up materials from home depot and other vendors.
Assist maintenance man with apartment make-ready's and general repairs in accordance with your skill level.
This is a year round steady job, not seasonal
Full time. Weekly pay, some overtime available. Valid drivers licenses and clean driving record prefeed.
Day shift; Monday - Friday, (some Saturdays)

Must be physically fit and able to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands and fingers to control objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs and ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear, must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons).
