We are hiring a Maintenance Technicianfor an immediate need in Panama City, Florida!
Job Responsibilities for Maintenance Make Reay/ Punch Technician:
-Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
-Troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems including appliance repair.
-Responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings and common areas.
-Must have own set of basic hand tools to bring to work.
-Experience in the apartment industry a plus! Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn.
