AMC Concessions will be at PCB for the Seabreeze Jazz Fest & Gulf Coast Salute Air Show

Both positions begin this Wednesday, 4-24. Exact time TBD. Must be able to work all days of the shows.
1. Dish Washer/Cleaning/General Helper
Daily cleaning of booth and dishwashing. Shifts range from 4-6 hours. This will be an evening shift. The purpose of this position is to help cook staff clean-up at the end of a busy day and prepare the booth for opening the next morning.
We are looking for a meticulous person who pays attention to detail, takes pride in their work and owns their station at the end of the night. Must be able to work independently with little to zero supervision as this shift goes past festival closing time and cook staff will be sent home once their jobs are completed for the day. Will also be important to have reliable transportation to & from venue.
Compensation $14-$16/hour based on experience & performance.
2. Kitchen Prep
Must have exceptional knife skills. Will involve slicing & dicing produce and proteins. Must be able to follow recipes; ie. make dressings, sauces, etc.
Shifts will range from 4-8 hours daily. Must be able to work 5 consecutive days for the Seabreeze Jazz Fest and 3 consecutive days for the Gulf Salute Air Show.
Compensation $15-$18/hour based on experience.
