Populate request for quotes with all relevant information, labor hours for quality inspections, risk analysis.
Review statement of work for all quality clauses to ensure compliance.
Perform quality inspections.
Perform incoming material inspections and signoffs.
Oversee the quality management system (ISO 9001-2015/AS91000).
Internal auditing.
Manage management review meetings.
Generate material disposition reports.
Communicate with customers and suppliers on any quality issues.
Generate corrective action with follow through until closed.
Review all contracts to ensure correct revision of drawings as well as review quality clauses.
Perform all in-house calibration of tooling as well as ensure all tooling needing outside source calibration are sent out.
Manage shelf life program.
Control/redline documents.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in ISO 9001:2015/As9100D quality management system familiarity
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in ISO 9001:2015 /AS9100D Audit experience
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Quality Management System.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Military Specifications Requirements regarding tanks and missiles, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Have excellent communication and listening skills.
Understand regulatory compliance
