Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, thereby enhancing their overall experience with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers through corrective steps.

Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using CRM systems.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Demonstrated patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations.

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual abilities are a plus.
