Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are offering an employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role is within the construction industry and the selected candidate will be expected to manage customer accounts, process applications, and handle inquiries with precision and efficiency.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications Maintain precise records of customer credit Resolve customer queries in a timely manner Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions Handle Accounts Receivable tasks specifically for the construction industry Perform administrative tasks as required Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, Quickbooks, and SAP for various tasks Engage in account reconciliation and cash application activities Manage billing and commercial collections efficiently.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) Skilled in Billing procedures and processes Familiarity with Cash Applications Experience in Cash Collections Knowledge of Commercial Collections Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Oracle software Experience with QuickBooks software Knowledge of SAP software is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
