L&P Logistics is seeking dedicated Box Truck Drivers, Box Truck Owner/Operator, and Semi Truck Owner Operators to transport palletized freight or trailers from Amazon to various shipping companies, covering an average distance of 350 miles (regional) or 700 miles plus for OTR. We offer a professional and supportive work environment with a strong focus on performance and reliability. We also offer business training for owner-operators who are trying to become independent carriers.
Key Details:
Training: Three days of training.
Compensation: Box truck drivers will be Paid by load with referral incentives. All Owner Operators will be paid 10% less than the gross of each load.
Position: Full-time (W9), flexible schedules seven days a week, loads would be in the windows of (6 pm-3 am, 4 am-1 pm).
Requirements:
o Valid driver’s license (CDL required for semi).
o Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
o Age 21 or older.
o Strong punctuality, reliability, and physical fitness.
o Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug tests.
o Preferred: One year of experience with 16-26 ft. box trucks and/or semi-truck experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle 1-3 stops per shift, operating liftgate, and pallet jack.
Load and unload the truck and deliver palletized products to various companies.
Maintain communication with the dispatcher throughout the shift.

Dependable, adaptable, detail-oriented, achievement-driven, and able to work independently in high-stress environments.
Pay Rates Per route: (box truck drivers only)
Routes under 100 miles: $90.00
Routes 101-200 miles: $120.00
Routes 201-270 miles: $140.00
Routes 271-350 miles: $160.00
Bonuses:
Monthly performance bonuses.
Annual performance-based raises.
Referral bonuses ($5 per load per referral, or $500 after 60 days).
Equipment/Supplies: Provided by the company (for box truck drivers only)
