Handyman Position Available
Location: Mostly Seminole and Orange County
Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Perform painting, , drywall repair, and texture tasks with precision and efficiency
Utilize common sense to handle non-routine tasks , tile repair effectively
Use personal small everyday tools, including a drill (power tools provided as needed)
Drive personal truck or van with company magnets applied (company vehicle in process)
Deal with all kinds of customers with a customer-first attitude
Perform various handyman duties as assigned
Respond quickly and be dependable
Work independently or with a crew
Write clearly and speak English fluently
Use smartphone to upload photos and send texts/emails
Be self-motivated and able to multitask
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in painting, tile repair, drywall repair, and texture
Proficient with a variety of handyman tasks
Possess personal small everyday tools and a drill
Must have a positive attitude and be willing to grow with the company
Ability to pass a background check
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently or with a crew
Must be able to write clearly and speak English fluently
Must have a smartphone and be able to upload photos and send texts/emails
