$50k+ Earning Potential for Lead Installers
We are looking for Experienced Installers to install pool enclosures, screen rooms, lanai enclosures, patio extensions with enclosures, and re-screens/screen repairs. We are also looking to hire helpers that are looking to learn/grow into a lead installer position. We offer paid training to individuals with the right qualifications!
Qualifications for this position:
-Must have valid FL drivers license (required)
-Reliable Transportation (required)
-have at least 1 year of experience in aluminum installations (preferred)
-have at least 1 year of general construction experience (required for helper positions)
-well-versed in the use of necessary hand tools and equipment (required)
-Must be dependable and willing work 6 days per week when necessary (required)
-agile for height work and comfortable with heights (climbing ladders/walk-boards, screening roof panels)
-must be able to bend, squat, and lift 60lbs
-ability to work outdoors everyday in a variety of different weather conditions present here in FL
-must have effective communication skills and be presentable
-must have positive attitude and willingness to learn
-follow instructions
-effectively finish all assigned tasks in a timely manner
-Owning hand tools (impact drill, rotary drill, hex drivers, roller knife, tool belt) is preferred, but not required to start.
-Owning the tools on the line above will be required to stay on with company

Lead positions available to candidates with 5+ years of verifiable experience in the aluminum/screen enclosure industry.
We will train at the helper position if candidate has prior construction work experience.
