We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Service HVAC Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong customer service and sales abilities, making it ideal for a professional who can diagnose HVAC issues, perform service and maintenance, and recommend solutions that best meet the customer’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic evaluations, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and mini-splits.
Accurately identify system issues and explain findings to customers in clear, non-technical terms.
Present repair or replacement options, including system upgrades, indoor air quality products, maintenance plans, and energy-efficient solutions.
Prepare detailed service reports, work orders, and estimates.
Assist in the installation of HVAC systems as needed.
Maintain an organized service vehicle stocked with tools, parts, and promotional materials.
Adhere to all safety regulations, building codes, and company procedures.
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers, aiming to provide solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service, repair, or installation.
EPA certification and knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to present and sell service plans, system replacements, and related products.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
