Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Roof Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roof repairs, maintenance, and installations, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
Conduct roof inspections to assess damage and determine repair needs
Perform repairs on various roofing systems, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs
Identify and troubleshoot roofing issues, such as leaks, water damage, and structural issues
Install new roofing materials as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Roof Repair Technician or similar role
In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Relevant certifications in roofing repair and safety (preferred)
