Medley Sports Construction is currently seeking a hands-on Project Manager. We are looking for a candidate who can manage multiple projects around the central florida area.
We are a locally owned small Sports and Recreational Construction company and work throughout Central Florida.
$55k- $60k salary
We are seeking a candidate with experience in the construction site-work industry. We specialize in drainage, grading, concrete, and rebar work. We also specialize in carpentry work such as building playgrounds, pavilions and shade structures.
Candidate must be able to:
-Must be able read site plans/ engineered plans
-Must have prior project management experience
-Must have great communication skills to communicate with the crew
-Must be able to lead the crews on projects from start to finish
-Must be able to document project and take photos from start to finish
-Must be able to get supplies for projects, make phone calls for projects
-Must be able to understand onsite work, such as: Carpentry, Building Recreational Equipment, Laying Turf.
-Must be able to work outside
-Must have reliable transportation to work.
Some travel outside of Orlando is required. Per diem each day and travel paid.
