Position: Music Director/Keyboardist
Compensation: $200 per week
About Us:
Crown Church Orlando is a Spirit-led life transforming church focused on advancing people spiritually, socially and economically. We are seeking a passionate and talented Music Director/Keyboardist enhance our worship services through music.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead band during rehearsals and worship services
Oversee the setup and breakdown of instruments before and after rehearsals/ worship services
Play the keyboard during worship services 8:15- 12:30pm (please be mindful that sometimes services may run longer than usual)
Conduct and rehearse with the band and praise team on Thursday nights from 7-9pm
Collaborate with the pastor and other church leaders to ensure cohesive worship services.
Attend regular staff meetings and participate in church events as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in playing the keyboard/piano.
Experience in directing choirs or musical groups.
Strong knowledge of various musical styles and worship traditions.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Some proficiency in using stems or Multitracks is preferred but not required

Schedule:
Weekly worship services on Sunday mornings: 8:15-12:30pm
Weekly choir rehearsals: Thursday 7-9pm
