EFM Services is a licensed and insured commercial service company based in Winter Park, FL. We’re currently seeking a licensed plumbing contractor to act as a qualifier for our business.
This is a non-field role with no day-to-day labor required. We are looking for a qualified individual willing to be listed as the plumbing qualifier on our license for regulatory and permitting purposes.

$500/month as a flat monthly agreement
Minimal time commitment
All work performed and managed by our team — this is strictly a qualifier role
Flexible arrangement — perfect for semi-retired or currently licensed plumbers not using their license full-time
✅ Requirements:
Must hold a valid and active Florida Plumbing Contractor License
Must be in good standing with DBPR
Must be willing to sign a qualifier agreement and allow license use for business and permitting
Must be available for occasional document verification or license-related correspondence
