Job Title: Junior Production Artist

Location: Orlando, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Start Date: Immediate

About Us

A fast-paced, high-volume screen printing operation with industry-leading equipment and an aggressive growth mindset. We deliver quality at scale, servicing high-demand clients with precision, speed, and creativity. We’re seeking a Junior Production Artist who’s ready to hit the ground running and keep our art department flowing smoothly.

Role Overview

As a Junior Production Artist, you’ll be the operational engine behind our art pipeline—building clean, accurate production proofs, ensuring all files meet print specs, and keeping the feedback loop tight between clients and senior artists. You’ll operate in the pressure-cooker environment of high-volume custom apparel with tight turnarounds and zero tolerance for mistakes. You need to be quick, detail-obsessed, and fluent in Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities

Create clean, accurate production proofs based on customer art and print specs (garment, size, placement, color count, etc.)

Handle file prep and formatting for print: color separation, resizing, mockup creation, naming conventions.

Communicate with customers to obtain missing assets, clarify specs, or deliver proof revisions.

Support senior production artists with file setup, organization, and throughput optimization.

Track and manage incoming art orders, proof status, and revision cycles using spreadsheets and internal systems.

Ensure quality control on all outgoing proofs and files—nothing goes to press without your review.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is non-negotiable. (Adobe Creative Suite mastery is a strong plus.)

Familiarity with Excel (or Google Sheets) for tracking and data entry.

Attention to detail. No typos, no missing layers, no excuses.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay cool under pressure.

Strong communication skills—especially written—for client interactions and status updates.

Experience in screen printing, apparel production, or a creative production studio is highly preferred.

Willingness to learn and adapt to our workflow fast.

Bonus Points

Experience with RIP software, screen printing separation, or production scheduling tools.

Background in fashion, textiles, or graphic design for merchandise.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.

What You Get

Immediate opportunity to prove yourself in a high-output shop.

Exposure to enterprise-level screen print workflows and tech.

Growth potential into senior artist or production coordination roles.

A no-nonsense team environment that values hustle, precision, and accountability.

To apply: Send your resume and portfolio (PDF or web link) to [your hiring email]. Include 3–5 samples of production proofs or relevant design work.
