Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales/Recruiting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and recruiting, with a focus on building relationships and driving results. If you have experience in cold calling and sales and are eager to grow in a supportive and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients and candidates
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Identify and recruit skilled professionals in the MEP trades
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to placement
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and targets
Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales and cold calling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
