Job Details:
- Pay Rate - $25.50/HR
- Schedule - Must be available to work any day, 1st & 2nd shift, and assist on overnight calls as well.
- Full-time, permanent opportunity.
Job Duties:
- Provide direction and supervision to a team of 19 technicians for daily operations of the maintenance department.
- Assist the maintenance leadership with the management of the maintenance department and vendor operations.
- Collaborate with department leadership and support all financial aspects of the maintenance department.
Requirements:
- MUST be able to work any day, any shift.
- MUST have strong contractor and vendor negotiation skills.
- Certification in CPO, HVAC, OSHA, and electrical is preferred.
