Work includes specific job site management for landscape maintenance on high profile resort in the Disney Area.
This position reports directly to Account or Branch Manager to meet or exceed goals set forth in terms of customer satisfaction, Job Site quality control and employee management. Work involves planning, directing and management of the day-to-day activities pertaining to the maintenance of property. Also included enforcement of company policies specifically pertaining to project schedules, equipment management, quality control, safety management and personnel management.

Supervisor Responsibility:
-This position oversees training and management of crew within the Resort.
-This is a full-time annual salary paid position. Days and hours of work are Monday through
Friday, 40+ hours per work week. Evening and weekend and holidays may be required as job duties demand.
-Start time is 6:00am-3:00pm
-While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or
humid conditions, outside weather.
-While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently inspect the
project and may be exposed to ongoing landscape management services and various conditions

Essential Function:
-Must uphold company policies, procedures, and core values always.
-Work closely with management to make sure all contract administration information is timely and accurate.
-Responsible for overseeing field employees and labor utilization.
-Ensures proper coaching, evaluating, and training is provided to all field employees.
-Involved with recommended staffing changes, promotions, wage adjustments and
staffing to Management.
-Assist operations team to manage labor force, ensure schedules and job timeframe.
are met, while effectively producing quality company services for clients.
-Responsible for all care and use of assets to include fleet and equipment.
-Managing equipment utilization on projects, equipment storage and care.
-Ensure best use of tools and equipment efficiently to ensure project completion.
-Promoting safe work practices or conditions; ensuring employees attend weekly safety
meetings.
-Follow all safety protocols for reporting any accidents and ensure safety policies are
being followed.
-Work with management to track all expenses on jobs and ensuring proper entry of time.
-Ensure all landscape services are delivered according to contract specifications,
within budget and on schedule.
-Act as quality control for all landscape services provided and attend company and client
meetings.
-Conduct "in-house" walk through upon completion of work daily to monitor performance and overall job quality.
-Inspecting all field work; analyzing and resolving problems
-Ensure that all communication is being executed to the proper parties.
-Attend and assist with all internal scheduling and production meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3+ Years in management services for commercial landscape maintenance
2. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
3. Needs to be self-motivated, team player and results oriented.
4. Able to work in a steady-paced work environment, multi-task to meet schedule deadlines with
limited supervision.
