Workers will need a very strong work ethic.
No candidates will be interviewed if they don't have their own car/truck. We put a lot of time & effort into training the right candidate so the goal would be to have a new candidate move up within the ranks of the company over a 3-5 year time period.
Starting hourly rate will be $16 an hour during the training period. You'll be paid Piece Rate or, by the Linear Foot after training period concludes (training period is 4-5 weeks). Average 50+ hours per week with Saturday work available upon request. Weekly Pay (Fridays).
