We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. The HVAC Technician will work independently or as part of a team to ensure that HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioners, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating moving parts.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.
Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
Provide excellent customer service, including addressing customer concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems.
Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance and repair logs.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Requirements:
Must have own tools.
Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals helpful
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
