Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Service Plumber to assist with our project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various plumbing tasks, ensuring the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.
Perform pipe threading as necessary to ensure secure connections.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on construction plumbing projects.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
Provide field service support for plumbing emergencies or scheduled maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Experience/Qualifications
5+ years of Commercial Service Plumbing Experience
Familiarity with construction plumbing practices is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
Must have plumbing tools and PPE
