Immediate Full-Time Live-In Position For The Right Man Who Is Professional, Honest, Dependable, Experienced, Knowledgeable, Skilled, Qualified, Hardworking, Organized, Detail-Oriented Who Meets The Following Requirements: Has Own Vehicle (Van Or Pickup Truck Preferred, but not required, but own transportation is required), Valid Driver’s License & Vehicle Insurance, Has Own Tools, Has Smart Phone, Clean Background & Driving Record, Non-Smoker & Non-Illegal Substance User, Clean, Healthy, Covid & RSV Virus Free, Able To Work Independently, Motivated, Self-Starter With Top Trade Skills, Attention To Detail, Produces Consistent Quality Results In Timely Manner.
Must Be Proficient (Knowledgeable, Skilled & Qualified) With All Functions & Equipment Pertaining To Maintaining & Improving Bed & Breakfast (Single Home & Property), Including But Not Limited To Painting, Drywall Repairs & Matching Existing Texture, Replace Windows & Door Casing, Construction Carpentry, Furniture Repair & Building, Finish Carpentry (Crown Molding, Baseboards, Doors, Cabinetry), Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Gas, Metal Work (Wrought Iron, Welding), Tile, Carpeting, Appliances, Electronics, Equipment, Fencing, Landscaping, Irrigation, Pool Maintenance, ,Grounds Keeping, Pest Control.
This will be a Full-Time AND Live-In position. Initially, there will be a 3 day Non-Live-In Trial Period to confirm your abilities and make sure you're a great fit for our BnB guests. During the 3 Day Trial Period hours will be: 8 AM To 5 PM with half hour lunch break, 2 fifteen minute breaks, hourly pay rate will be $20.00 per hour.
