Universal Tire and Auto is a family owned and operated automotive service company in Longwood, FL. We are seeking a talented, experienced, and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Technician.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnosing and repairing vehicle problems.
Inspect vehicle mechanical and electronic systems to diagnose vehicle issues.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs performed.
Maintain clean and safe work environment by complying with company guidelines on time, temperature, and quality.
Providing customer service by diagnosing and repairing vehicles issues; responding to customer inquiries; providing information on services available; addressing complaints; and resolving issues with a professional approach.
Perform work under the direction of the Service Manager or Service Writer.
Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the operation of the repair facility.
Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
10+ years of automotive experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must have own tools.

FLAT RATE PAY is based on level and experience $30 - $45.00/hr. with a large minimum weekly guaranteed salary.
Techs work 5 days a week. And rotate every other Saturday. Off on Sundays.
