I am looking for a experienced all around mechanic that does not have to be babysat. You will not be a employee, you will be / or already are your own business (work when you want , start/finish when you want, make as much money as you want) . We inspect , diag , source parts all for you. . I have a buying and reconditioning company that wholesale cars to buy here pay here dealers. I buy 10 year old 100k cars and we get them back up to road worthy and safety standards. Most of my issues are CEL, ABS, Air bag lights, brakes . I make sure all functions function ( windows , locks , heat & a/c ) etc. This is my third location. I have proven this model to work best for both parties. I have one mechanic that was working for a shop that just now does only my work at his home shop, he set up a LLC and I pay him as a vendor, ( advantage he makes 2-3x what he was making and now has tax write offs) . I have my new recon facility , new equipment, new polyaspartic floor, which has 3 lifts and I will provide you the space rent free ( you'll be your own business / vendor) to work on my cars . This is a great fit for someone also that is a mobile mechanic or has/had their own shop but tired of the headaches, tired of chasing parts (we have a full time parts person) tired of chasing money , working in driveways , or a employee that's ready to do their own thing. Great positive team work environment. Very clean and organized shop. Endless work available . We do not deal with the public , so we have no headaches
