Job Responsibilities:
Make inbound and outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
Follow a prepared sales script to present vacation packages effectively to customers.
Accurately categorize calls and transition smoothly between calls, or hand off to a closer.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read and deliver a sales script accurately and communicate effectively over the phone.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and multitask efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
College education or coursework beyond high school.
At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or office setting.
Previous sales experience.
Basic knowledge of computers and the internet is an advantage.
Compensation:
Average earnings for agents range from $400 to $2,000 per week.
Annual salary between $35,000 and $75,000.
