P3 Solar Solutions LLC is an authorized Sunpower Dealer in Central Florida. We are in need of 1099 solar sales reps to generate new business in the hottest market in the US! This is a commission based opportunity with uncapped potential. Bilingual contractors will have a huge advantage.
P3 Solar will provide:
Some customer interest via web leads
Custom design and proposal for you to present
Training and support
Financial options for home owner (loans, leases)
Project management to installation
Fast installation timeframes
Highest commissions in the market
You will provide:
Ability to self generate business via canvassing, events, referrals, etc
Ability to multitask knocking, dialing, texting, emailing, building quotes etc
Cell Phone + Laptop or Ipad to close deals
Ability to work at different hours of the day and be available (evenings, weekends)
Basic computer knowledge
Closing skills
Bilingual a big plus
Must have sales and or cold calling experience, solar experience a plus
Must be a self learner
Compensation:
Commission based 1099
$300 per KW installed on company leads - Average job is about 10KW - $3000 per average install
$500+ per KW installed on any self generated business (Referrals, Canvasing, Events Etc) $5000-$10000 per average install
Someone working 20+ hours should make 2 sales+ per week!
Someone working 20+ hours should expect to make $10,000+ per week!
