Job Description:
As a Sales Representative with Construction PM Experience, you’ll serve as the crucial link between our clients and our construction team. Your project management expertise will enable you to understand client needs and ensure successful project execution. You’ll be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the Orlando area.
- Present our construction services professionally and persuasively.
- Collaborate closely with the construction team to develop technical and commercial proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up.
- Maintain strong and lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the construction sector, with previous experience as a Project Manager.
- Deep knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, effective communication, and relationship management.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a results-driven focus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
