Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insulation needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or insulation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be bilingual (English/ Spanish)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
