Position Overview

The Sales General Manager will be responsible for building, training, and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and leading front-end sales operations. You’ll work closely with the owner's team , who handles customer service and back-end operations, to create a seamless business strategy. This role offers generous overrides on sales, performance-based bonuses, and the potential to grow with the company as a strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and lead a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Sales Management: Oversee front-end sales operations, set targets, and track performance metrics.

Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.

Collaboration: Work alongside the owner to align strategies, optimize operations, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Scaling Operations: Build a team and create scalable systems to support rapid business growth.

Market Focus: Leverage experience in the timeshare, travel, or marketing industries to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales management and leadership roles.

Experience in the timeshare, travel, or marketing/advertising industry is a major plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team.
