Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
- Communicate daily with clients and attorneys via email and phone, providing clear and concise information.
Account Follow-Up:
- Regularly follow up with attorneys to ensure proper account handling and promptly resolve any issues.
Prioritization:
- Prioritize daily tasks efficiently to ensure timely responses and effective case management.
Document Expertise:
- Read, interpret, and reconcile various legal documents, including invoices, contracts, legal agreements, and court filings.
Requirements:
Tech-Savvy:
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for case management and communication.
Legal Acumen:
- Familiar with legal terminology and processes, enabling you to navigate complex documents.
Effective Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written skills for accurate and professional correspondence.
Multitasking Pro:
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
Client-Centric Approach:
- Experience in client-focused roles, understanding the importance of client satisfaction.
