We're hiring Phone Sales Representatives to turn warm leads into unforgettable vacation experiences. This is a commission-based role designed for driven individuals who love connecting with people and closing deals.
What You'll Do:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
Use our proven sales script with your own flair and personality
Overcome objections with confidence and positivity
Hit daily and weekly sales goals while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal communication and engaging voice tonality
Self-motivated individuals who work well independently and in teams
Adaptable professionals who follow procedures and embrace change
Previous phone sales experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidates!
Basic Requirements:
Ability to read and comprehend sales materials
Comfortable using a computer and navigating web browsers
