What are you most proud of in your business career?
I grew up with a working father and mother. Navigating my own household with kids and two working parents has thus been a new model for me. I won't say I've mastered it by any stretch of the imagination, and I owe a lot of my success to a strong foundation of support and faith in our Lord God Jesus Christ. But I am proud and thankful to God the Father for his grace and blessing for me to show my kids that fulfillment can come from different places and thanks be to God that's what I get from my Business career through our Lord God Jesus Christ "Faith" makes me a better husband, dad at home and vice versa.
There's no doubt that the faith, patience and perspective of my kids have taught me and has made me a better business owner at the firm.
Can you cite another personal characteristic that helped you thrive in your business career?
Intellectually curiosity. The opportunity to learn something "new" every-day keeps me motivated and very excited.
When you really know and understand what you're talking about, it shows, especially when dealing with partners, investors and who sees so many opportunities. I never stop reading, writing, digging in with my team to understand the details, asking questions, analyzing the situation and executing of favorable "Results".
What advice would you give for young women and men professionals that want to have a career opportunities with your firm?
There's no better quote in my mind – "Luck is when preparation meets opportunity."
I didn't know what private wealth market was when I attended college. However, my former companies I worked for provided the basic fundamental foundation products and services with "corporate sales trainee program" that I needed, so when I had the opportunity to start my own firm, I embrace the opportunity,

- Upon Completion of the Private Wealth Management Trainee; candidates will join the Corporate Financial Analyst / Business Development Consultant / Portfolio Manager – Leaders Team and begin to develop business development skills by assisting with underwriting of potential new transactions and managing a portfolio of investments.
- Corporate Financial Analyst / Business Development Consultant / Portfolio Manager – Leaders will:
- Prepare cash flow models, conduct independent industry research, assist in the underwriting of credits, and manage accounts post-close.
