Monday - Friday 1pm - 9PM Est. Salary and Commission - $1000 Expected Weekly Minimum
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNCATION SKILLS
Position is remote, working on the phone and computer. Closer and/or FA. Must have computer or laptop in good working condition. Training will be provided, potentially in office prior to starting Remote position. Ideal candidate has experience in call center atmosphere working in the debt/credit industry.
Tasks include but not limited to:
Client onboarding and follow-ups via phone, email, and text
Uploading and managing client documents, notes and tasks in spreadsheets or CRM
Customer service calls
Communicating clearly with team and clients in a professional manner
Following up on letters and notices clients receive from banks/creditors
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Tech-savvy
Must be comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to follow directions the first time and retain information
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic — must be dependable and consistent
Prior experience in credit repair, customer service, or financial services is a plus
Professional and pleasant attitude when working under pressure
Learns quickly and adapts fast to changing priorities
Respects boundaries and communicates clearly without getting defensive
Understands confidentiality and professionalism in client handling
Wants to grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time
